USA roaming is available on these rate plans at $1.00/MB.
Public IPs are available at $12.00 / SIM / Month.

How do you change a device’s rate plan?
For monthly rate plans, login to TELUS Control Centre, go to Devices > Device List > Actions and click on the down arrow next to the target device. Choose Change Rate Plan and then select the desired rate plan.

All Rate Plans can be adjusted on each SIM up to the last day of the calendar month to optimize your bill
