How do you change a device’s rate plan?

For monthly rate plans, login to TELUS Control Centre, go to Devices > Device List > Actions and click on the down arrow next to the target device. Choose Change Rate Plan and then select the desired rate plan.

• All Rate Plans can be enabled/disabled in the Telus Business Marketplace Console

• All Rate Plans can be adjusted on each SIM up to the last day of the calendar month to optimize your bill
