Change Requests

Change Requests follow a similar path and timeline to the original deployment (2 weeks). In some cases, changes can be made without impacting devices that are already connected to your Private APN. In other cases, there may be disruptive changes. Your IoT Implementation Manager will make you aware of the impact of your requested change, in order to plan the roll-out effectively.
