  1. Design Your Private APN - You will be able to configure your Private APN in the IoT Console after you place the order through the TELUS Business Marketplace. You will be able to update your configuration as much as you need to prior to deployment.

  2. Request Deployment - Once you are happy with your Private APN design, request a deployment through the IoT Console. Once you request deployment, you will not be able to make further changes to the design through the Console, but can make changes through discussion with your IoT Implementation Manager.

  3. Verification - One of our talented IoT Implementation Managers will reach out to you within 2 business days, to review your design and plan the implementation.

  4. Implementation - We will deploy your Private APN within 2 weeks of reaching an agreement on the Private APN design.

Coming Soon: TELUS is working on an innovative solution to make Private APN deployments and changes automatic. We will notify you when our automated system is close to release.
